      In the heartlands of Khammam district, Telangana, a visionary entrepreneur emerged from humble beginnings in a small village. Meet Ramesh Mudu, the founder of Nature Lifespace, Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms & Teach24.in, a man whose journey embodies the spirit of perseverance and commitment to ethical real estate practices.

      Ramesh, hailing from a middle-class family, set out to pursue his post-graduation at Osmania University in Hyderabad. Fuelled by a passion for teaching, he furthered his education by completing B.Ed and embarked on a career as a Biology and Physical Science teacher, eventually reaching the position of Vice Principal in a corporate school. Teaching was a realm where he imparted knowledge, leaving an indelible mark on young minds.

      However, Ramesh’s trajectory took a significant turn when he transitioned into the dynamic world of real estate. Drawing inspiration and guidance from the esteemed Mr. Dr. Lion Y. Kiron, he delved into the realm of real estate and marketing strategies. His thirst for knowledge and determination to excel propelled him to another real estate company where he showcased exemplary performance.

      It was during this time in the real estate sector that Ramesh keenly observed the predicaments faced by customers – a maze of registration complexities, fraudulent practices, and unscrupulous agents. This realization fueled his resolve to establish a venture that upheld the values of integrity and transparency.

      With this vision in mind, Ramesh took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms, commencing with a 10-acre project in Narayankhed, Sangareddy. His ideology was clear: provide genuine and transparent property transactions, ensuring hassle-free registrations for all. This venture marked the inception of multiple projects across Hyderabad and Telangana, totaling a vast expanse of 200+ acres, encompassing HMDA and DTCP approved projects.

      In the early months of 2022, fueled by his passion for growth and commitment to excellence, Ramesh established NatureLifeSpace LLP. This marked a pivotal moment as the venture embarked on a trajectory to expand towards constructions and residential projects. With this new venture, Ramesh aims to create homes and spaces that not only redefine living but also embody the ethos of genuine and ethical real estate practices.

      The core vision of NatureLifeSpace is to continue spreading its roots into every sub-sector of the real estate industry nationwide.
