Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Amounts:
Any amount paid that is less than ₹51,000/- is non-refundable under all circumstances.Cancellation Fee:
- A minimum of 40% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- The higher amount between 40% of the booking amount or ₹51,000/- will be debited.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will only be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
- No refund will be issued without the deduction of the cancellation fee under any circumstances.
Refund Timeline:
- The refundable amount, after deductions, will be processed and credited within 90 days of receiving a written refund application.
Payment Defaults:
- Nature Lifespace reserves the right to cancel the plot allotment if the payment is not received before the due date as agreed upon during the booking process.
Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment:
- All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
- Customers are required to carefully read and understand the terms before proceeding with the booking.
- The company will not be held responsible for any claims arising from failure to view or read the terms and conditions prior to booking.
Company Rights:
- Nature Lifespace and Nature Avenues Sandalwood Farms reserve the right to cancel or modify any terms and conditions at their discretion without prior notice.
