Terms & Conditions – EMI Plot Draw Scheme

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All payments made under this scheme—including joining fee, monthly instalments, and any additional charges—are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. However, the membership may be transferred to another person who is willing to continue the plan.

2. Eligibility for Monthly Draw

   • Monthly draws will begin after completion of the first 3 months from the date of joining.

   • Participants must clear all dues before the 20th of every month to be eligible for that month’s draw.

   • Only members with timely payments will be included in the draw list.

3. Plot Registration After Draw Win

   • A member who wins the draw must complete the plot registration process within 30 days from the date of draw result.

   • The member must pay all applicable charges at the time of registration, which include:

     • NALA Charges (for Narayankhed projects)

     • Registration Fee

     • Mortgage Fee

     • Facing Charges (if applicable)

   • Monthly instalment after registration will be ₹22,000/-.

4. Mortgage-Based Registration

   • After all mandatory payments are made, the plot will be registered in the buyer’s name under a mortgage agreement, jointly with an authorised company representative.

   • The plot will remain under mortgage until all instalment payments are fully completed.

5. Default After Registration

   • If a member fails to pay monthly instalments at any time after registration, the company has the full right to take back the plot.

   • In such cases, the company will refund only 50% of the total amount paid by the member.

   • From this 50%, the company will deduct all charges and expenses, including NALA, registration fee, mortgage fee, facing charges, and any other applicable costs.

   • The balance amount, if any, will be returned to the member. No further claims shall be entertained.

6. Completion of EMI & Mortgage Release

   • After a member successfully pays all instalments without default, the mortgage will be released, and the member will receive full ownership rights over the plot.

7. General Conditions

   • All terms are subject to the company’s policies and project guidelines.

   • The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the terms without prior notice.

   • Participation in this scheme implies full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.

   • Narayankhed: Royal’s farm, Karsgutti & Marigold Vista, Sheri Damaragidda Project only.
   • Shadnagar: Serene City project
