How the Monthly Plot Chit Scheme Works
STEP 01 — Join the Scheme
Pay joining fee of ₹20,000 to become a member of the Monthly Plot Chit Scheme.
STEP 02 — Pay Monthly Chit
Pay chit amount on or before 24th of every month without any dues.
STEP 03 — Participate in Draw
Members who pay chit amount before 24th of every month will be eligible to participate in the draw.
STEP 04 — Win the Chit
The winner will be selected from the chit draw box. There are no guaranteed commitments.
STEP 05 — Plot Registration
After winning the draw, the company will do the plot registration with mortgage.
STEP 06 — Mortgage Release
At the end of chit, once all payments are cleared, the plot mortgage will be released.
