1. Validity of Coupon/Offer

   • Any coupon code or promotional offer provided by Nature Lifespace is valid for 72 hours only from the time of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

   • Offers are applicable only upon the purchase of a complete plot in Nature Lifespace ventures.

   • Minimum eligible plot sizes:

     • Narayankhed Ventures – 605 Sq. Yards and above

     • Other Projects – 133 Sq. Yards and above

3. Nature of Benefits

   • Any amount, discount, or gift under the offer is strictly provided only upon the purchase of a plot.

   • No cash, gadgets, or alternative products will be offered or substituted.

   • All offers, discounts, or gifts will be processed only after 100% payment of the plot price.

4. Restrictions

   • Benefits under this scheme cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers unless specifically mentioned by Nature Lifespace.

   • No monetary benefit or gift will be provided without a valid plot purchase.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

   • Customers are advised to carefully read the Refund Policy of Nature Lifespace before proceeding with the purchase.

   • In case of cancellation, the coupon/offer stands automatically void and no benefit shall be extended.

6. General Terms

   • Nature Lifespace reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any coupon/offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

   • Misuse of coupon codes or fraudulent transactions will result in cancellation of the benefit and may invite legal action.

   • The decision of Nature Lifespace shall be final and binding in all matters related to offers and coupons.
