Farmhouse tickets at Nature Kingdom move in batches of five — once a farmhouse sells out, the next one opens at that phase's price, not this one. Booking early costs nothing beyond the fully refundable ₹4,999, and locks your place in the current batch.
₹4,999 booking amount — fully refundable, no questions asked
Own Cottage, Your Plot: This option is available exclusively to individuals who own, or are purchasing, a plot at Nature Kingdom. The fully furnished 200 sq. ft. cottage is installed directly on that individual plot and is held under a single, clear title in the plot owner's name — there is no shared ownership or LLP involved. Owners may occupy the cottage themselves at any time, or enter into a separate lease arrangement with the company, under which the company manages rental of the cottage and shares the resulting income with the owner as per the terms agreed at the time of leasing. Each cottage plot under this option includes CCTV surveillance, boundary fencing, a private gate, a landscaped garden and a dedicated car parking space. As with the farmhouse cottage, there is no model cottage on-site at this time — visit our manufacturing hub at Sultanpur, near Tukkuguda, to view the actual cottage before finalising. Exact pricing, specifications and lease terms for this option are shared on request and confirmed in the final agreement.
Each dedicated farmhouse at Nature Kingdom is a 150 sq. yard plot together with a fully furnished 200 sq. ft. cottage, divided into 5 equal tickets — each ticket priced at ₹4.99L only. Owning all 5 tickets for a farmhouse gives you full ownership of that farmhouse's 150 sq. yard plot and its cottage. There is no model cottage available on site at this time — before booking, please visit our manufacturing hub at Sultanpur, near Tukkuguda, to view the actual cottage, its finish and fittings in person. The cottage on offer is a modern portable cabin, fully furnished and ready to move in once installed on the plot. Payment per ticket is staged in two parts: an advance of ₹2.5L is payable at the time of booking, and a further ₹2.5L is due on the day of installation; GST, transport to site and installation charges are billed separately and are not included in the ₹4.99L per-ticket cost. Each ticket represents a proportionate 30 sq. yard joint land share of the underlying 150 sq. yard plot. Construction on a given farmhouse begins only after all 5 tickets for that unit are booked and paid for; at that point, an LLP is registered in the names of the ticket holders, and the joint plot share, rental income split, free-stay entitlement and resale rights are all documented in the LLP agreement signed by every partner. The 20% rental income share and the 35 complimentary nights per year apply once the farmhouse is complete and let out or occupied; unused free nights can instead be rented out by the partner, who then keeps 100% of that rental amount. A partner who wishes to exit is free to sell their ticket or share to another individual or partner at a mutually agreed price, subject to the terms of the LLP agreement; Nature Lifespace does not guarantee a buyer or a resale price. The ₹4,999 booking amount is fully refundable and is returned without any questions asked if you choose not to proceed before the farmhouse is fully booked. All figures, layouts and timelines mentioned here are indicative and are subject to the final agreement executed at the time of booking.
