Public Holidays: Public holidays may not automatically be granted as days off. Work on demand required.
Weekend Leaves: Strictly prohibited on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays without 24hr prior approval. Unauthorized absence forfeits entire week's salary.
Probation Period: First 30 days. No salary disbursed if resigned during this period.
Termination by Company: Employee will receive 50% of agreed salary for days worked.
Data Privacy & Theft: Breach incurs a minimum Rs. 10 Lakhs penalty and BNS legal action.
Defamation & Customer Poaching: Unauthorized engagement post-employment incurs a Rs. 1 Crore defamation/loss suit.
Notice Period: Minimum 6 months tenure. 3-month notice period required. Leaving without notice results in lawsuit to recover 3 months' salary.
Late Penalties: 1 day's salary deducted for every 3 late arrivals.
Salary Payment: 15-day hold period. Waived only upon submission of original educational certificates.
Company Asset Protection: Mobile phone loss/damage recovers up to Rs. 30,000. Data diary loss recovers up to Rs. 10 Lakhs.
Jurisdiction: Rangareddy District Courts only. Right reserved by Company to alter terms.
Incentives: Rs. 20k per plot (Narayankhed/Resi min 167 SqYds). Paid 3 months post full registration. Full payment only (No EMI). Subject to 10% deduction. Forfeited upon resignation.
